Citifyd is a parking application predominantly utilized within the city of Portland, with a primary focus on facilitating parking for events at the city's premier arena, The Moda Center, home to the Blazers. As the head of the design team for this tool for nearly 2 years, I have been instrumental in shaping the interface and overall user experience, as well as its styleguide. Collaborating closely with the software engineering team, I've contributed to the development of one of the brand's most pivotal B2B products: the Live Inventory Management Engine (LIME). LIME is an AI-powered software platform designed to seamlessly detect and process real-time vehicle information, including entries and exits, with an exceptional accuracy rate of 99%.
